Admissions

It can be prevented…
Retorno believes that a lack of education for young adults is a primary factor in many of the entanglements that cause so much grief. No less troublesome is the lack of trained educational personnel. To this end we host over 10,000 students every year and 5,000 educational personnel (teachers, army officers, clergy, etc.) for training sessions.
Treatment for addictions to Alcohol Drugs Sex Gambling Internet

If you have made a decision to allow yourself or a loved one to be rehabilitated from any type of addiction, whether to alchohol, drugs, the internet, sex, gambling or food – mazal tov! At this moment, you have chosen life for you and your loved ones.

- Gil Braverman, Psychologist and Admissions Officer at Retorno

From the moment you arrive until after you leave, Retorno will provide you with professional advice from quality staff. With G-d’s help, this care will help you return to a settled and productive life.

Knowing how difficult it is to make such a decision and to actually get treated for addiction, we have divided our admissions process into three stages, which our representatives will guide you through.

Stage 1: Counseling

The process of making the decision and investigating the suitability of a rehab center can be complicated. Pinny Schreiber, Retorno’s representative in the United States, will answer your questions about admissions and treatment at Retorno. Pinny can be reached at pinny@retorno.org or 718-285-9815.

Stage 2: Admission

Once you have decided to attend or send your loved one to Retorno, please contact Gil Braverman, Psychologist and Admissions Officer at Retorno. When you speak with him, he will tell you which documentation you need to bring with you, including medical test results and various procedural papers. You can download Retorno’s application forms here.

Stage 3: Treatment

At this point, treatment at Retorno’s facility begins. The relevant community director will be in touch with you or a loved one and assign a regular contact person who will be responsible for providing constant reports on the progress of treatment.

Wishing you much success,
